Return Policy

At Wehilion, we value customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with our items, We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

 

Return procedure

1.Please note the request on the after-sale problem shall be issued within 14 natural days after the item arrives at you, so If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and for custom made, we also couldn't accept return.

2.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wehilionofficial@outlook.com. Then our Customer Service will then send you an email with Refund or Exchange Application Form and Return Instructions. 

3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then arrange an exchange or refund for you.

4.Refund time(if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wehilionofficial@outlook.com.

* Wehilion reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. We also reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not meet the conditions imposed, to return it with expenses and charges borne by the customer.

 

Return instructions

1.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase,Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3.If there are quality problems, please show us photos of error firstly, there are 3 ways to solve it.

A. Send suits back to get full payment back. Customers need to bear shipping costs.
B. Get 50% discount to keep it.
C. We will remake one and send it as soon as possible, the first dress no need to send back.

We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation. We do not bear exchange shipping costs.

 4. Sale items and Custom Made (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and custom made cannot be refunded. 

 5. Original shipping is non-refundable. No refund will be given if the package is destroyed due to refusal to pay duties

 6. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Cancellation Policy

We know that it is very important for you to order a suit for your special occasion. However, we will process the order as soon as payment received. Once the tailoring process has begun, there will be Labor Costs and Material Costs.

1. unpaid order: could be cancelled within 24H.
2. paid less than 48H, 50% cost of suits and shipping cost could be returned,
3. paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of suits and shipping cost could be returned.
4. suit has sent, can't return the payment to you.

 

Suggestion

We recommend that you always check to check the order as soon as it has been delivered to you, even before removing any tag or discarding the original packaging. In the event of a possible return, in fact, you will have to restore the items with all the tags, labels (also in leather, if any), protective and filling packaging. Remember to also keep any anti-shoplifting device if it has. If it is removed, the return policy will not be respected and therefore you will not be refunded.
